Hello! I need help with the following situation: I bought 16 iPhones a month ago, and on March 7th, I was scammed and my phone was hacked. The message "Your iPhone is inextricably linked to its owner" appeared, followed by the scammer's partial email address. I can provide all receipts and documents confirming that I am the owner of this phone. Please help me resolve this issue. Contact me by email: ***. I beg you to help me!

I'm going to assume you are in Russia? No, you weren't hacked. We see this almost daily here where people willingly enter someone else's Apple Account into their phone, typically to download something they can't download. You gave ownership of your phone to some scammer. And the scammer will most likely demand a ransom to get back into your phone. But often if people are willing to pay the ransom and the scammer demands even more money, so you still won't be able to use your phone and you'll be out even more money.
Again, assuming you are in Russia, there are no official Apple sellers in Russia anymore. Without a receipt from Apple directly or a real Apple Authorized Seller (again, there are none in Russia), Apple will not help you remove the Activation Lock on your phone. This leaves you with a useless phone you cannot use.
Signing into someone else's Apple Account was a fatal mistake. You will most assuredly need to buy a new phone and hopefully, learn from this mistake. No one here can help you.
Also, you really need to learn about protecting yourself. You posted your personal email address on a public user to user only forum, visited by millions of people from all around the world. NEVER post personal information on a public forum. I have asked the moderators to remove your email address.
