iPad (10th gen) webpages load slowly after iOS 26 update

After the iOS 26 update on my iPad (10th gen) it now takes multiple minutes to open any webpage, including websites like YouTube, whereas on the iOS 18 update it took seconds, I know it is not a WiFi issue as I have multiple other devices (non iOS 26) that open the websites in seconds. I have tried the advice given out of restarting the device and no success, I also have tried to remove the Liquid Glass by adjusting the accessibility settings but also no luck. Any advice?

iPad, iPadOS 26

If you have an VPN Apps or profiles installed on your iPad, or security software such as Norton or MacAfee, these may negatively impact your iPad's network stack - leading to poor network performance or failing connections.

Where applicable, ensure that these are removed from your iPad - and then preform a restart of your iPad prior to testing network connectivity.
