When an iPhone cannot connect to ANY internet source (Wi‑Fi or Mobile Data) even after resets, it usually means the phone is failing to activate its network hardware or the software is blocking all radios. Since you already reset the network settings, restarted the phone, and changed carriers, this is no longer a simple settings issue.
1) Confirm all radios are ON
• Open Settings ➡️ Wi‑Fi ➡️ make sure Wi‑Fi is ON
• Open Settings ➡️ Cellular ➡️ make sure Cellular Data is ON
• Open Settings ➡️ Airplane Mode ➡️ make sure it is OFF
2) Reset Location & Network Services
• Open Settings ➡️ General ➡️ Transfer or Reset iPhone ➡️ Reset ➡️ Reset Location & Privacy
• Restart the iPhone and test Wi‑Fi and Cellular again
3) Check for Carrier Settings Update
• Open Settings ➡️ General ➡️ About ➡️ wait 10 seconds
• If a message appears for Carrier Settings Update, tap Update
4) Test SIM and eSIM activation
• Open Settings ➡️ Cellular ➡️ confirm your SIM/eSIM shows Connected
• If it shows No Service, SOS, or Activation Required, the device may have a modem issue
5) Force Restart the iPhone
• Press and quickly release Volume UP
• Press and quickly release Volume DOWN
• Press and hold the SIDE button until the Apple logo appears, then release
6) If none of the above works
• This pattern (no Wi‑Fi + no Cellular + resets not helping) often indicates a hardware failure in the modem or antenna system
• Apple needs to run diagnostics to confirm the modem status. Please contact Apple here 👉 Apple Support
