Intelligence notification; get rid of it without enabling it.

Hi community. first timer iPhone user here.

so, there's this red 1 on my settings icon, related to finishing up setting my device.

the thing missing is enabling Apple Intelligence, which I do not want to.

tell me something, can I remove that red 1 over the settings icon without Apple forcing me to do enabling something on my phone that I do not want to or I'll have to live with it? 😅
