MacBook Pro M1 won't turn on past Apple logo

I have a 2021 Macbook M1 Pro, which is refusing to turn on.

When i press the power button, the apple logo displays (sometimes accompanied by a loading bar) before turning back off. Sometimes it repeatedly turns back on, eventually resulting in an error screen telling me to go to the recovery page on the apple website. I’ve tried holding the power button to access startup options to reinstall macOS, but after saying it’s loading the startup options it just turns back off again. Is there any hope for me to fix this without having a second apple computer? I have a windows PC but won’t be able to use a friends mac for another week and would like to resolve the issue sooner.
