Do Not Disturb not blocking calls despite "People: None allowed" - Apple iPhone SE

My DND is set to be on overnight. When I go to Settings --> Focus --> Do Not Disturb, it says "People: None allowed." Yet calls are still coming through. Why is this?

On iOS 26.3.1

iPhone SE, iOS 26

If Do Not Disturb is set to “People: None allowed” but calls are still coming through on iOS 26.3.1, it means another setting is overriding DND.

You can try the following to stop calls completely during DND:

● Check “Allow Repeated Calls” by OPENING Settings ➡️ Focus ➡️ Do Not Disturb ➡️ People and make sure Allow Repeated Calls is turned OFF. This prevents callers from breaking through by calling twice within three minutes

● Check “Silence” mode by OPENING Settings ➡️ Focus ➡️ Do Not Disturb and set Silence to “Always”. This ensures calls are silenced even when the phone is unlocked

● Check “Focus Filters” by OPENING Settings ➡️ Focus ➡️ Do Not Disturb ➡️ Focus Filters and remove any filters. This prevents apps or contacts from bypassing DND

● Check “Share Across Devices” by OPENING Settings ➡️ Focus and turn OFF Share Across Devices. This prevents another Apple device from overriding your iPhone’s DND settings

● Check your Phone app settings by OPENING Settings ➡️ Apps ➡️ Phone ➡️ Silence Unknown Callers and set it how you prefer. This setting can override Focus behavior
