how can I install valid beta profile ios 16 in my iPhone 7

There is no valid beta release of iOS 16 anymore. But even if there was, it would NEVER run on an iPhone 7. If you need a higher iOS version, which I'm sure by now you do, your only option is to purchase a new or much newer iPhone.

The hardware in iPhone 7 series is not compatible with iOS 16 and higher. It cannot go any higher than latest release of iOS 15.x.x

iOS 16 Beta has not been available for years. Even if it was, the iPhone 7 is not compatible with iOS 16.

Look for a new phone that will support iOS 26. iPhone 16 or 17 would be recommended.
