I have not heard of many 32" 5K (5120x2880 pixel) monitors. There are several 27" 5K (5120x2880 pixel) ones. Originally just the 27" Apple 5K Studio Display, and a LG one; but now also ones from BenQ, Samsung, Asus, and ViewSonic.
In the 32" size, there are 6K monitors from Apple, LG, and Asus. (If you have to ask how much the Apple 32" Pro Display XDR costs, you can't afford it.)
Try entering that query into a search engine and check the review websites, and which will help also decide, for instance, what your particular “best” is, what your budget is, which size and resolution trade-offs, mounts, and what connections are needed and how many.
High-spec display options are available from Dell, LG, Samsung, and Asus, among others.
Apple has some very nice options, but fails to meet your size criteria.
Another potential search resource: https://pcpartpicker.com/products/monitor/ (Which lists none that match your specified criteria, and shows two in that same size range at 6K.)
I recently got a 32" 6K Kuycon monitor to work with my Mac Mini M4 Pro and works great. However if cost is an issue then the new 32" 4k BenQ with the glossy screen may be a good candidate.
The BenQ PD3220U & PD3225U have gotten excellent reviews (both are 31.5") but they are 3840x2160 ppi.
If you are looking for an alternative to the Apple Studio Display (5120-by-2880 resolution at 218 pixels per inch) then the 27" PD2730S is outstanding.
Most HDMI and/or USB-C equipped displays will work with the M4 Mac Mini Pro.
Have a look at > Connect a display to Mac mini
You did not specify a budget or type work that you'll be doing on the new M4 Mac Mini Pro.
I recommend a trip to BestBuy for some side by side comparisons.

Just to be clear on what you mean by a 5K display as that number is thrown around to mean 2 different display types.
One type of display that people and manufacturers toss the 5K moniker on are "ultra wide" 5120x1440 displays and
the other refers to a 5K with 5120x2880 (16:9 aspect ratio).
It is not uncommon for many to refer to 5K as the ultra wide variety.
