Update iPhone to latest iOS 18, not iOS 26

I have ios 18.7.1 on my iPhone 13. I want to update it whatever the newest ios 18 compatible update is (I think its 18.7.3 or something) but when I try to update it there is only ios 26 and I don't want that. Is there a way I can update it to ios 18 newest and not 26?

You cannot do this. Apple does not allow it. The latest release of iOS that you could have installed on your iPhone 13 before Apple stopped signing iOS 18 for it was iOS 18.7.2.

If you remain on iOS 18, then at a minimum, you will miss out on all of the security patches and bug fixes in iOS 18.7.3 through 18.7.5, And iMessages and FaceTime will stop working for you after next January.

If you'd like a second answer. NO, there is no way to update your iPhone to anything other than iOS 26.3.1 (the most current iOS version). iOS 26 has been an incredibly stable iOS version. Millions upon millions of people are roaming the planet with iOS 26 with no issues whatsoever.

You are going to have to update at some point. In January, if you don't update, you'll lose access to Apple Services, including; iMessage, FaceTime, Apple ID sign-in, device activation, and the App Store.
