Mobile data shows provisioning and calls are not working

mobile data saying provisioning and I don’t know what to do, everything was working fine until this morning. I can’t receive or make calls either

iPhone 14, iOS 26

Provisioning of SIM or eSIMs are a carrier function. Please contact the support team at your cellular service provider. I almost always have more success with In store re-provisioning of SIMs.

I went into the service providers store, I’ve since been told that it’s due to the phone apparently being blacklisted, but when I check if there’s any restrictions or if the IMEI is blacklisted, there’s no indication from anyone I’ve contacted that it is. I’m just really unsure at the minute but I’ll try the store again tomorrow! Thanks again!
