MainStage: Music file download stuck

MainStage App

I have an end user with Mainstage and they are not able to install a music file within the app. The download bar moves to the very end and stops, then it just sits there and doesn't finish. The user said this has happened a few times in the past and would start working again.

Is there an issue with the MainStage severs today? Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
