How to add music back to an iPod Shuffle

btw..for your info....i was trying to fix all this over the weekend and again and again to no avail..promises from apple help says 'we will help you in next 90 mins'...but never happened after multiple tries...very confusing

my ipod mini shuffle had a whole lot of music....but i must have done something as no music is on the ipod anymore and i do not know why.....also, now that it is empty i have plugged it into my desktop pc and it is indeed empty...how do i add the music back to my ipod...thank you

If the music exists on your PC, then assuming this is a Windows PC, you can use iTunes or Devices app (if you've moved onto the Apple Music app instead of iTunes) to sync the music onto the iPod.
