Intune certificate: Migrating personal to managed Apple ID

We use Intune for device management. The Apple ID used for setting up the certificate is a personal Apple ID using the corporate domain name. We recently setup Apple Business and I want to capture all accounts as managed accounts (converting personal accounts in the process).

I'm a bit worried what will happen to the account that's used for Intune, as I already tried to create a new certificate with a new Apple Business managed account. It doesn't work as Intune reports the subject ID does not match with the existing setup. That sounds logical in the sense that I suspect that the subject ID is tied to a single Apple account.

However; can I safely migrate the existing personal account to a managed account without worrying the subject ID changes? In that case we are screwed with our Intune setup and I need to re-enroll many devices.
