Mac Mini not receiving Ring notifications

Using Tahoe 26.3.1 on a Mac Mini. I cannot receive notifications from my Ring Doorbells and Cameras? It was working ok, I think it may be to do with the recent updates? I've checked all settings and they look good? Any advice welcome, please?

One thing you can try is: boot into Safe Mode according to How to use safe mode on your Mac and test to see if the problem persists. Reboot normally and test again.

NOTE 1: Safe Mode boot can take up to 3 - 5 minutes as it's doing the following;

• Verifies your startup disk and attempts to repair directory issues, if needed

• Loads only required kernel extensions (prevents 3rd party kernel/extensions from loading)

• Prevents Startup Items and Login Items from opening automatically

• Disables user-installed fonts

• Deletes font caches, kernel cache, and other system cache files

NOTE 2: if you have a wireless keyboard with rechargeable batteries connect it with its charging cable before booting into Safe Mode. This makes it act as a wired keyboard as will insure a successful boot into Safe Mode.

Hello Old Toad. I tried your "Safe Mood Boot" but I'm sorry to say no improvement! No, I haven't used any on those "cleaning", "optimising", "speed-up", anti-virus or VPN apps you suggested. I did try a VPN once but it blocked so many sites, which I regularly used, that I abandoned it some time ago. I did contact Ring.com but none of their ideas helped either? However, I did sign in to Ring.com on Firefox and that worked with Ring notifications, hence a problem with Ring and Safari getting together, I assume? Thanks again for your time. Much appreciated.
