Re: Mail on Sequoia 15.4: Not enough home folder space
I keep getting this message in Mail on Sequoia 15.4: Mail cannot save information about your mailboxes because there isn’t enough space in your home folder. I delete many files but still get the message. Why? What to do?
Who is sending the message ?
It may be that you use a third-party eMail provider, (Eg: Yahoo, Gmail etc.) and storage is full there, on the e-mail provider's servers.
Try logging in to your eMail account online (Eg: Yahoo, Gmail etc.) and see whether there are overflowing messages to delete there, or to store elsewhere.
If so: You may want to check what you can do in the settings, to stop this the happening again in the future. (Sometimes email can be set to delete automatically ... eg: after deletion on Mac, or after a certain set period.)

Else: If you are sure the Message is from Apple about your iMac's storage ...
the deleted messages may still be there in Mail in the trash / bin, counting as storage, and still recoverable for the period set (eg: 30 days).
If so, you can empty the trash / bin to delete them permanently. (You may need to restart your iMac (Apple menu > Restart) to update the storage amount.)
NB: To keep your MacOS up-to-date, and side-step issues that can arise:
The latest MacOS Sequoia version is macOS Sequoia 15.7.4 : according to Apple.

Please remember to back-up your Mac first, if you choose to update.
