“iPhone 15 not charging with correct charger and wall adapter: My iPhone 15 won’t charge even though I’ve used the correct charger and wall adapter. It’s been a year and a month since I got the phone, and I only have some damage on the back glass. What should I do?”

Battery Charge Issue:
What is the damage? Is there any bulging? If so, then that would indicate a swollen battery, in each case you should get this serviced, as it has become a health hazard.
Elsewise, a cracked screen might be an issue, being it lays atop the battery. Either way, get this serviced, and diagnosed.
A. Take to an Apple store:
You'd setup a Genius Bar Appointment at your local Apple Store, taking it in for service. There, it will be diagnosed, and you'll be provided with your options.
Or...
B. Take this to an AASP:
See an AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) in your local area...
Contacting an AASP:
- Go Here: Find Locations - Apple Authorized Reseller
- Click: Service & Support
- Enter: your location information
- See: if there is an AASP nearby
- Contact: an AASP that shows up, and find out more about the services that they offer to fix the iPhone
Troubleshooting Slow iPhone Charge:
The iPhone battery will not charge, unless it is plugged in and charging. With lots installed, the charge would be slower. It would also depend on the battery health and how you are suing heal it is charging.. Go Here: iPhone Battery and Performance - Apple Support - Scroll down to "Your battery's maximum capacity"
View the Battery Health:
Apple recommends you get a new battery, once the Battery Health reaches 80% or lower. When the Battery Health is 80% or lower, it is time for a new battery.
- Go To: Settings
- Tap: Battery
- Tap: Battery Health
- View: [the percentage]
- Is it 80% or less? If so, it is time for a new battery.
