Podcast shows stuck in Downloads after deleting episodes

Apple Podcast shows are still appearing in my Downloads even when I’ve deleted all the episodes. I’m finding this very frustrating as it’s shows I’ve tried once and didn’t enjoy.

‘No parental guidance’ is an example, it says one downloaded episode, but when I click on it there’s none showing it appears like this screenshot showing the full show.

This has happened for months and now with three shows and through iPhone updates.

How can I remove these shoes from my downloads? I’ve tried downloading an episode and deleting it.
