Preview on Mac mini M4 shows R5 MKII images as red and black

Hi. I hope I have posted this in the right forum.

​I have just purchased an R5 MKII and when I try to open the files in preview on my Mac mini M4 all I get is a red and black image instead of the actual image.

The images will load as proper pictures in the bottom of the window but if I right click and open with I then get the Red and Black image. 

I can open the files properly in Camera RAW/Photoshop etc without a problem.It only seems to be with preview that the issues occur.

I realise it is not a big problem seeing as I can open the files in my normal editing software but just find it odd that preview will not open them but I can open my R7 and R6MKII images without any issue in preview. 

I just wondered if anyone else has the same thing or is it only my version of preview that won't open the files properly. 

There are no issues with my CF Express cards or the SD card and I have tried transferring folders to my desktop and opened them from there but still the same issue.

My System is OS Tahoe 26.3.1 Mac mini M4
