Personal Voice language options missing UK English

I would like to create a Personal Voice recording. However, it would seem that there is a bug within the system as my only option is to do so with an USA accent. Is there a bug fix in the pipework as the only languages shown in "Choose a Language" is Chinese, Spanish and the English USA variant. Why no English UK.
