DMSS app notifications stop on iPhone after power outages

Good morning, I am experiencing an issue with the DMSS app (security cameras). For about four months, which I believe coincides with an iOS update, I have stopped receiving notifications.

The only way I was able to temporarily resolve the issue was by resetting my iPhone to its factory settings.

However, the problem reappears whenever there is a power outage. After the surveillance system restarts, the notifications stop working again.

I would also like to point out that on another smartphone from a different brand I continue to receive notifications correctly. DMSS is the only app that causes this problem, as all other apps continue to send notifications normally.

iPhone 14, iOS 26

Perhaps a long shot:

Do you have a 3rd party VPN installed, even if you are not using it? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN, then restart your device. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile. Updates sometimes "break" VPN, and it needs to be removed. If that fixes it, you can try reinstalling VPN, but probably shouldn't.
