Presumably the photo is of you holding the AC Power cable (the able itself being captive-to the Power Adapter) - the moulded plastic AC connector itself having been pulled from the cable? If so, the bare ends are the Live, Neutral and Earth wires that will require an appropriate replacement AC connector for your country/region.
You would be best advised to ask a qualified electrician to fit an appropriate replacement AC plug. Alternatively, if you are confident (and importantly competent) at wiring AC plugs, you might obtain an appropriate AC plug from a local electrical hardware retailer.
Unless you are certain that you know what you're doing, rewiring the cable to an appropriate AC plug is best entrusted to an electrician. Modern Power Adapters of recent years rarely use captive cables, but instead usually have a fully replaceable AC cable that has a plug at both ends.
At point perhaps worthy of note... When disconnecting a plug and socket connection, never pull the cable. Always firmly grip and pull the plug housing when disconnecting from its mating socket.
