If the link doesn't help, then you need to contact your phone carrier short term codes are sent via SMS which is their feature.

Getting 2FA Codes:

Some of these are through eMail. So, check the junk mailbox.

A. Internet Connection:

I've come across this while Cellular and WiFi are both turned on, and connected. So, turn of one, and use the other.

B. Turn Off VPNs:

Have a VPN turned on? If so, turn ir off.
