How to disable App Clips completely?

I'd like to disable App Clips. I tried to AirDrop a link from my laptop to my phone, and instead of opening in Safari, it opens an App Clip pop-up, saying that the App Clip is not available in my region, and that's it, it doesn't reroute to Safari or anything. I just want to open the link on my browser.

How do I disable App Clips completely?
