Apple service tool kit for Mac Pro 2013 late
I’m try to locate this Apple fixture starter kit, Apple part number 076-1455
cant seem to find if I can buy or not any ideas.

FYI, depending on what you intend to remove on that Mac Pro.....that fixture may not be as useful as you think. I had the fixture, but ended up not using it later on as it gets in the way. That Mac Pro is a pain to disassemble regardless.
Be very careful tightening the screws especially for the power rails....they can be easily damaged.
I know the GPUs had a lot of issues. Just curious what you are trying to fix on this computer?
