Fix iPhone unavailable problem

My iPhone 6s suddenly stocked on iPhone unavailable, after trying to upgrade the iPhone, and av tried to reset it for several times but it still doesn't respond to anything, I want to erase it from my Samsung a40 and then I will be able to use it, please help me, am here now with my iPhone and my Samsung a40 alone I don't have any pc to assess iTunes for it and i can't even connect to wifi network, please help me, here is my imel *******

You cannot reset it from a Samsung phone, you absolutely need a computer. If you do not have one, either ask a friend or relative who has one if you can borrow theirs or go to an Apple store and ask to use one of theirs.
