iMac settings and apps are not as before after its return
My case ***. My iMac is back but lots of setting and apps are not as before, hope you can chat and tell me how to make my iMac back to normal.

If Apple wiped the internal drive during the repair or testing/diagnosis/examination, then you will need to restore everything from a backup.
Otherwise as the others have mentioned, you will need to contact Apple or the service center/tech who worked on your computer.

This is not Apple support but a community of end users. We have no access to Apple's repair records nor the ability to chat.
Any emails or texts you have from Apple regarding the repair should have contact information. The is no help with Apple Service issues in these forums.

I am sending request through using my iPad Air as I couldn’t open my Yahoo Mail in my iMac.
Back from where?
Id you have it repaired?
What, exactly, was done to it?
Do you have a backup of the machine made prior to sending it out for service?
