I.m looking for Netflix, Discovery+, and Paramount+ in the MacOS Store. They're in the iPadOS and iOS stores. Why aren't they in the MacOS App Store? At first, I'm thinking that Apple thinks, "If people have a Mac, they most likely have an AppleTV box." And yes, I realize it's up to Netflix, Discovery, and Paramount to develop a MacOS version. Or... are they available from an AppleTV box?

Because, on a Mac, you access those services through a browser. This has nothing to do with what Apple thinks. It's entirely up to the streaming services.
If you have an Apple TV box, you'll find all of those apps.
