Timemaching runs continuously
Timemachine has been running continuously for a week. I try to cancel it and nothing happens. How do I stop this and prevent it from happening.
Shut down the Mac.
Disconnect the Time Machine backup drive.
Reboot the Mac.
Reconnect the TM backup drive, erase it and start a fresh backup set.
