I have 125 already sent on Apple Pay. I Apple Pay it to the person who is supposed to be doing me a service. I have all the information on the service that I was supposed to receive from the person. They never service me, but they kept my money and they won’t send it back. Is there a way to get it back or no?

I understand the sentiment and unfortunately, you’ll probably never recover your funds. The best you can do is report it to your local law enforcement.
Bottom line you are out the money and it will not be recoverable. Apple Cash is not a credit card, it is a prepaid debit card and has no protections for fraud. It’s the exact same thing as handing cash to this person.

i know her just not on a personal level i didn’t think she would scam since she’s a family friend
