Does airpods max 2 connected to MacBook Air via usb-c provide dolby atmos from Apple Music, or this cable connection give only lossless stereo?

From the tech specs:

Ultra-low latency audio and Lossless Audio listening requires a wired USB‑C connection and compatible content from supported apps and services.

Hi

Myabe I've put question wrong way. Wanted to know if someone having older version of this phones experienced atmos via usb-c.

I'm confused and will wait for test of this new version.

On apple technical support was told that astmos is not possible.

In the same time found link bellow.

Using the USB-C cable, AirPods Max are the only headphones that let musicians both create and mix in Personalized Spatial Audio with head tracking.1

Myabe truth is in the middle and apart of wired connection bluetooth has to be turned on and than You have it :)
