iMessage activation fails: 'An error occurred

Hello i’m really frustrated I can’t activate my imessage. It always says “iMessage Activation - An error occurred during activation. Please try again”. I already tried turning imessage on and off, airplane mode, restarting my phone and even resettting my network settings. But nothing happened it still doesn’t work please help

*** that’s the email I used to signed in to my iMessage but still doesn’t work what should I do now
