Cannot access windows PC in remote desktop

Cannot connect to any of 3 Windows 11 Enterprise PrimaLuceLab Eagle computers via Windows Remote Desktop over wifi using MBA4, MBPro5, or iPad Pro. All 3 are fully updated. I can connect easily with inexpensive Samsung tablets and a Windows 11 pro laptop. But I am a Mac guy and want to use either iPad or my new MBPro.

I need to set these Windows machines up for remote use, but now they sits 2 feet away and I am connected to it’s wifi. My MBA3 did connect a year ago, then it did not work, I think after an OS update to the MBA? Then with I had to change a setting in the MBA3 DNS. It then worked again. All way over my head and I cannot find that webpage with the instruction. No idea what the setting was, but it worked fine. I think I changed that DNS 0.0.0.0 to something else??? Or added something??? I usually get error code 0x300005c, but did get something else once when changing all kinds of things. Thought that setting would transfer over to my new MBPro5, but did not.

I follow the instructions best I can in the windows computer. I am not computer savvy, so any help in simple terms is greatly appreciated.

I know Apple & Windows do not make it easy with each other, but the one program I need is windows only. No choice.

Load the Parallels virtual machine and Windows for Arm as a guest on macOS (if your Windows app supports Windows on Arm), or (on your current path) check for updates for your (presumably) Microsoft Windows App for Mac RDP app.

The Microsoft Windows app — no, not your own problematic Windows app, the Windows app that isn't even a Windows app that Microsoft still inexplicably and confusingly calls the Windows app — is available in the Mac App Store.
