Recover Photos after deleting from Recently Deleted and sync with iCloud on
I would like to recover my photos. I already deleted them from recently deleted, and my sync to iCloud was on.

When we select pictures to remove them from "Recently Deleted," we get this warning before the final step:
It says "This will delete the selected photos from iCloud and all connected devices." We should take this warning seriously. You have to choose delete four times (from Library, from that warning, from Recently Deleted, and then from its warning.) There is no 5th safety.
