How to connect to an expert for unresolved questions?

These are end user forums in which Apple does not respond. There are fewer than 100 senior volunteers who make it a point to scan for answerable forums every day, but the user base is estimated in the millions. It's simple math; tens of thousands of users to every volunteer.
There are other reasons:
— The question is outside the scope of these consumer forums, such as developer issues; sales support; support for Apple's business and education programs; complaints.
— The question is not clearly stated or in in a non-English language
— The question is specifically directed at Apple, or is demanding.
If you post a link to your question that went unanswered, one of us can take a look.
Otherwise, as iPod_fan345 suggests, contact Apple support.

The only other question I see that you've posted here was answered correctly within 10 minutes of you having posted it. No other "expert" is going to give you a different answer.
