iPhone 17 Pro Max not receiving any calls. All I get is a notification of a missed call when I am on my phone. Ringtone automatically resets to zero and I am constantly turning it back up. Any help?

Sounds like a carrier issue. They may need to change the setting on their end, which controls your phone actually ringing for an incoming call.
