App Store ChatGPT Plus Subscription Linked to Wrong Account & No Refund
I purchased a ChatGPT Plus subscription through the App Store, but after the purchase I received the following error, and the subscription was applied to a different account without my consent:

“Purchases for your Apple ID are associated with another ChatGPT account.
To continue, sign in with the original ChatGPT account that made a purchase, or visit https://help.openai.com/articles/20001056 for support.”
I canceled my subscription and requested a refund from Apple, but my money was not refunded. Afterwards, I deleted my ChatGPT account, thinking that might help with the refund process, but Apple still has not issued a refund. As a result, I have lost my money and I am unable to use my ChatGPT Plus subscription.
