DANA Payment method failed suddenly

DANA Payment method failed even though a week ago it worked fine. im trying to buy something in-app.

for starters i dont have any debt, i checked from apple store and also from apple report problem, and i can download other apps just fine. This issue has been going on for 3-4 days, i tried logging out and in for my payment method, still doesnt work.

I checked apple server activity, and it was fine, yet when i tried to update my billing address it said The ITunes store is unable to process at this time.

My region is the same as my payment method, my balance is enough (and even way more than needed) and i dont have any other payment method.

I also tried every single tips from apple support and other threads, still didnt get it fixed somehow..

I dont see what the problem is and why im unable to buy anything with apple (i can use dana just fine for steam).. help!
