Apple Watch Series 9 not consistently recording sleep data

I have an Apple Watch series 9 and iPhone 15 pro max and both are fully updated. I wear my watch to sleep and sometimes it will show me my sleep data the next day and some times it won’t. It has done this for as long as I can remember. All of my settings and schedules are correct. It doesn’t happen on any specific day. My sleep focus turns on automatically and my watch also says it is in sleep focus. Most nights I feel like I have to turn off sleep focus and turn it back on, on my phone, and it will work, sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes it won’t track my sleep and then if I go back to sleep after my alarm goes off and my sleep focus turns itself off, then it might show that I was asleep for a little bit after the alarm. My wife also has a series 9 (smaller size) and 15 pro max and she has never had this issue. I have unpaired/repaired my watch. I’ve factory reset my watch multiple times. I’ve also factory reset my phone. Everything that I describe above still happens. Does anyone have any suggestions?
