Activating AirPods Pro 3 hearing aid in Iceland from Canada

airpods hearing feature in Canada.

I am going to Iceland ( a country that allows air pods to be used as hearing aids ) and will have my AirPods Pro 3 with me, I am hopping to update my AirPods while I am there and activate the hearing aid feature ( that is not available with AirPods sold in Canada ). Has anyone tried something like this and had success?
