iMessage deactivated and unable to activate
I have been a loyal customer of Apple for 16 years and I have never experienced this issue before. My iMessage has been deactivated and has been refused being activated. I rely on iMessage to contact family and friends who have been worried about me since they have not been able to establish contact with me. I have stated that Apple should not remove the usage of iMessage as I rely on it. iMessage connects throughout all my devices in case something happens to me. I rely upon this to keep track of things like medication reminders and appointments which are linked to my disability, causing extreme stress now that it has been deactivated. I have an eSIM for work related purposes to avoid any kind of issues with my personal phone number which is used with a physical sim. Since the account and number cannot be activated, there is no reason for me to remain a loyal Apple customer and that what has happened is extremely wrong.
