Unable to change location display name in Business Connect - Options are greyed out

I have Two locations each with same name. However, the locations on my business connect profile show the Official LLC name & apple will not approve my locations with this error

"The Display Name field should contain the name of the business and exclude any additional terms including address, locality, business category, or legal entity type."

I can't figure out how to change the display name. When I go to Locations -> click on a location, -> then click on Display Name, the default name is dimmed out and I can't edit it.

Then there is a message "The language for the display name is set in Location Info, under Preferences. To change the name, go to the Brand Profile." When I go to Brand Profile, I don't see any options to change the name of each location. If I click on Locations under Features (on the Brand Profile) it takes me right back to the Locations menu where I can't change the name
