Can’t buy a f-ing book

Well I have never ever gotten help from apple community but here is my problem—I have a new credit card. When I tried to buy a book on my ipad through Apple Books app, I get the message that my CVV number doesn’t work—**** no it doesn’t work because I have a new credit card—there is no support site to get help from apple. Is there anyone that can help me???
