Touch Bar Missing after OS 26.4 update.

The touch bar is blank after downloading IOS 26.4. The touch bar menu configuration is no longer under system settings/keyboard? Any idea where it went? I did reset the TouchBarServer in the Activity Monitor with no effect.

OS 26.4, 16 inch Macbook PRO, 2019 version (intel processor)

Thanks, *** Tallant

re: macOS 26.4 Have you shut down and restarted more than once since the "update" ...

Try resetting the System Management Controller Reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support

Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

no resolve—

A SafeBoot Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support will sort many anomalies

Does a quick disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, third party system modifications and system accelerations are disabled temporarily.

Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically.
