Every time i try paying with apple pay it keeps prompting that I need to set it up again, like on the ebay app.
It just sends me to wallet and asks me to set it up over and over, it's verified and should work but it just doesnt

That sounds strange and doesn’t seem right. Could you confirm what happens when you tap the “Apple Pay” button?
It should bring up the payment screen at the bottom of your device, where you can then double-click the lock button to complete the payment.

How are you opening your Wallet app? Are you double clicking the side button (power button)?
Do you see you card/payment method when you double click the side button?
when i try to pay online it just shows this even though i have my card added and verified
