Hi, I’m having problems confirming my ID with the new IOS 26.4 as the only valid documentation I have is a full uk passport. It asks for a national ID card which the uk does not have, and I use a debit card for my bank, and i don’t have a driving licence. Before I try and return my compromised Apple products I wonder if anyone has a solution to this. Kind regards, Nik.

This is a user to user only forum, not Apple Support. You're not alone with this issue, but as we are all only your fellow users, we can't solve this for you. All you can do is either reach out to Apple Support UK or wait for Apple to come up with a solution for people in your situation.

It has been reported in another thread that a provisional driving licences will work.

I’m not even able to choose what form of ID verification to use, it try’s my Face ID attached to my wallet but as that’s only a debit card it fails and takes me straight to the credit card scan which I don’t have one there isn’t an option to try my Drivers licence.
this need to be rectified asap
