How to appeal a declined refund request for an unintended subscription renewal?
Hi,
I would like to ask if there is any way to request a refund after a final decision was already made.
I had a free trial subscription that I did not intend to continue. Unfortunately, I did not receive a clear reminder before it renewed, and I was charged. I have not used the app since the charge and canceled the subscription immediately.
I already submitted a refund request, but it was declined and marked as final.
Is there any other option to appeal this, or contact Apple support in a different way? Has anyone had success in a similar situation?
