How to appeal a declined refund request for an unintended subscription renewal?

Hi,


I would like to ask if there is any way to request a refund after a final decision was already made.


I had a free trial subscription that I did not intend to continue. Unfortunately, I did not receive a clear reminder before it renewed, and I was charged. I have not used the app since the charge and canceled the subscription immediately.


I already submitted a refund request, but it was declined and marked as final.


Is there any other option to appeal this, or contact Apple support in a different way? Has anyone had success in a similar situation?

You can try contacting Apple Support via chat or email directly and plead your case, but usually refund decisions are pretty final once decided. There is no other instance to appeal to. It's at Apple's sole discretion whether they grant the refund or not.
