Do you by chance have a VPN installed on your phone, whether used or not? VPNs cause connectivity issues and aren't needed on iPhone unless required by your school or employer. If you do have one, remove it from Settings > General > VPN & Device Management, plus any associated app, then restart your phone and see if your issues go away.
