Screen time not showing app activities

i don’t know since when, my iPhone isn’t showing my apps activities but only websites, I have been searching every websites for solutions and tried every suggestions to solve the problem on the web, but no luck. I also went to Genius Bar asked for the suggest, they helped me to report to the software team and the team did call me to try to sort out the problem, they thought it’s a software bug and asked me to wait for the update and hopefully the bug will be fixed, but after I updated to iOS 26.4, the bug is still existed.

What? Which Apple Genius Bar location did you visit? Is it possible that you ended up at a store or service provider that isn’t officially authorized by Apple?

Official Apple representatives are trained to provide clear, definitive explanations and documented solutions, not tentative or speculative language.

That’s why I’m concerned: the wording suggests you may not have been dealing with an Apple-certified Genius Bar, but rather with an independent or unauthorized repair shop.

Hi SravanKrA,

It’s the Genius Bar from official Apple Store at Hong Kong, they said screen time is just a simple setting, they have nothing they can do at Genius Bar, so they reported to some kind of iOS team, and someone called me then, after the staff knowing my problem, she put me on hold, after a while she came back and said she discussed with colleagues, my problem was acknowledged and have been reported by many user, this should be the iOS bug, and only I can do is to wait for the iOS update, but nothing fixed for iOS 26.4
