How do I disable Apple Pay and Wallet?
I DON'T want apple pay or wallet. I don't know how I ended up with it in the first place. I want to cancel use of that app.

On iPhone and iPad: delete Wallet App: Delete built-in Apple apps from your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch - Apple Support
On macOS, don’t load any cards into Wallet & Apple Pay, and ignore the capability. (macOS doesn’t permit deleting built-in apps.)
