Broken 2012 iMac: Recover photos with metadata to Windows

Hi, first time on the forums.

I have an old 2012 iMac 27", with a broken graphics? card.

When I turn it on, I can't access anything, but I have LOTS of old photos on there, that I need to port to a Windows laptop. I can access them online, the problem is, when I download them from online Apple Photos, it deletes all the metadata.

Is there any way to get these photos, with all metadata (date/time/location) onto my laptops SSD?

I have access to a Windows pc and an Arch install.
